New Hire Onboarding
Brief: The company has no formal onboarding process, and as a result, new employee experiences vary by department and position. The company misses a valuable opportunity to lay a strong foundation and instill company culture early. At their six month check-in, new employees report a poor understanding of the company's services and are confused as to where to find information on their benefits.
The solution: A series of mandatory onboarding modules that give an overview of the company's history, services, clients and departments. To highlight company culture, key moments in the company's history are used to illustrate how the company's guiding principles were formed. The modules also contain company policies and end with a chronological overview of all benefits, organized by eligibility date.
Result: A user-friendly set of modules that clearly separates an employee's onboarding experience into defined categories.
