New Hire Orientation

Brief: The current new hire orientation was presented verbally to new staff with no visual components. New staff struggled to absorb information and retain basic company information. Service delivery varied by office with no consistency in information given.

Learning Solution: A visual presentation of standard information for all new staff, regardless of position or office location. Orientation was delivered by myself for both offices (in-person in Canada and virtually for the US office).

The result: A focused and consistent orientation that ensures new hires are familiar with key information from their first day onward.
